Ok, I had this problem. Get the Japanese version, then run it throught the playpen patch on the link above. It’ won’t freeze anymore. If like me the game won’t even start (I have an R4 card) you need to get the YLmenu installed. It seperates the saf file from the nds file so our R4′s can read it. Don’t know if it works for other cards. You will find out more about the YSmenu either by googleing it, or going to the romulation forum. To get the playpen patch go to the second link I posted not the first. The first one just seems to give you an older version of the game, so just ignore. You want the romulation forum one.
